Shipping Policy

Free shipping to the United States

Every order shipped to an address in the United States ships free, with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 8–15 business days. Your device ships from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, so delivery takes a little longer than local shipping.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking information can take 2–5 days to show updates after the first scan.

Delays

Carrier, customs or weather issues occasionally cause delays. If we expect your order to arrive later than the estimate above, we'll let you know by email and you may cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package is lost, contact us through our Contact page and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
